In my collaborations, I've realized how important communication is. In a team, we have people who are different from us in terms of character, ways of thinking, and personality, and it can be challenging. Thanks to these challenges, I have learnt to adapt to situations and the people in the group. When we put our egos aside, find common ground, and really understand the problem we're trying to solve, we can discover new paths and bring out the best in our team.



In the collaborations I have done, I have realised how important is the communication between the various team members. In the team we are confronted with people who are different from us in terms of character, ways of thinking and personality, and we do not always find a way of communicating between people who are so different from each other.

Thanks to these challenges, I have learnt to be able to adapt to situations and even more so to the people in front of me. I realised that it is precisely when we put our egos aside and try to understand who we have in front of us that we can find a compromise and bring out the best in our team.
